Orders & Shipping
Generally, Mixology will dispatch your order within 3 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. There may be delays where products are out of stock, our office is closed or where circumstances are outside our reasonable control.
*Please note our office will be closed between 22 December 2021 and 10 January 2022. Any orders placed during this time will be dispatched upon our return from 10 January 2022.
We use Sendle and offer tracked shipments, at $10 for the first pack, and $5 for every additional pack ordered. As a guide, please allow 7 days for delivery of your order. Sendle ships to nearby cities between 1-3 business days, longer for regional and interstate deliveries. Your delivery may arrive outside these timeframes.
You will be required to produce photo identification to verify proof of age proof of age on delivery. For this reason, we are not able to ship to PO boxes or Parcel lockers.
Mixology delivers to almost all locations across Australia, however at this time, we are unable to offer shipping to countries outside of Australia.
Refusal of order
Mixology reserves the right to refuse any order or to place limits on orders at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Refunds can be arranged in certain instances of product faults or other issues. We cannot accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of our products.
If your products arrive damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged products and your order information.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of Mixology receiving the returned product(s).
